Drama at Tar-zhay! There are claims that the retail giant is sticking it to the little guy and swiping the knickers off their bottoms – literally! Lingerie designer, April Spring designed a pair of women’s underwear as part of her Foxers line. About 18 months ago she had a meeting with a man who told her he was an independent representative looking to sell Foxers to Target. Her lingerie retails for $20 to $26 dollars a pair so he asked her how she would change them to be more Target budget friendly. She tossed out her ideas and viola she saw a eerily similar design on display on Target’s shelves the price had been trimmed down to the tune of $4.99. I’d love to hear Target’s side of the story.
