Is it me or have gas prices put a dent in the shopping budget? Here in L.A. gas is just below $5/a gallon! The thing is, my urge to splurge hasn't gone away. While we all have our splurges, it never hurts to stumble up on a deal. As the summer shopping season is in full swing, I have been scouring the web for chic looks on a budget.
