Hitting the streets in style indeed! How does a married woman with three kids always look so fierce. It's simple, just be a multi-millionaire named Posh Spice and married to multi-millionaire soccer player David Beckham. Easy.

Frankly My Dear Scarlett
Marriage looks good on Scarlett Johanssen. Here's the starlet at an event. She's sporting darker locks these days. For someone who's known as a blonde bombshell, I think the new look is working for her. What's your take?

So Much Joy...
While Beyonce claims a "diva is a female version of a hustla", I think diva too, can be quietly fierce. Such is the case when it come to Joy Bryant. This model turned actress keeps it quite fierce when it comes to fashion. Whether she's hitting the red carpet or an event she always seems to stand out. It doesn't hurt of course that she's beautiful! What I really like about her is that while she can go all out with fashion, she keeps it simple when it comes to makeup. Proving that you don't need to cake it on to look good.
Here she is on the red carpet of an awards show.

WOW Paula
Letterman can definitely bring out the crazy... but it's usually in the conversation, not the clothes. I like Paula Abdul, I really do. Let's be honest, there's a lot going on with this outfit. She picked a lot of good pieces but maybe they shouldn't all be worn together. What's your take on Paula's get up? Would you rock it?

Fit for a Prez
President-elect Barack Obama ha selected the designer to create his suit for inauguration. The only problem is it isn't any of the designers that submitted designs. Instead he selected the Chicago operation of Hart Schaffner Marx. That sound you hear, is the collective gasp of the world's top designers. He's apparently worked with Marx before and decided to go with the familiar. Dag - I was holding out for the Sean Jean creation.

Rock Star Mini
Katie Holmes may be the new face of Miu Miu but Ciara may be giving them second thoughts. She stepped out in this Miu Miu mini and ROCKED it! She paired it with simple pumps but gave it rock star edge with a leather jacket. Her people might want to give the folks at Miu Miu a call... I'm just saying...

Sketches Fit for a Prez
While everybody is clamoring to dress the soon-to-be first lady, there is no shortage of people trying to get their duds on the president-elect. I got my hands on some of the sketches that were sent his way.
Reem Acra went all out and sent sketches for the whole Obama family. I must say, there are all uber-fabulous. I even like Michelle's hairstyle! The girls dresses are a little buttoned up, but they are all chic.
No surprise, Mr. Vote or Die, Diddy submitted designs from his Sean John fashion house. The tux is classic and it definitely has that Sean John swagger!
Rag & Bone took it old school with the tux with tails. It's a very classic, old Hollywood look.
Nautica kept their designs classic. Their suit features clean lines and single button coat. It's their vision for Obama's daytime look.
It's no secret, I love Marc Jacobs! He didn't disappoint with is vision for the future commander in chief. It's a classic tux but, the lines are definitely updated to be more modern.
Kenneth Cole presented some definite swagger with his sketch. I love the scarf. That's a look Barack Obama could absolutely pull off without effort. Love it!
Salvatore Ferragamo has been around for what seems like forever but there is nothing dated about the tux they presented to Mr. Obama. They went for an update in the lapel to give the suit a fresh look.
Elle Tahari worked it out from the wide lapels to the wing tipped shoes.
DSquared put their unique spin on the tux for the president elect. They went old school with the tails but, that's about where the "old" school ended. The twins put their unique twist on the tails look with a jacket that seems a bit shorter and a suit that seems overall more detailed.
I'll end it with the classiness that is Brooks Brothers.... they always deliver and they didn't disappoint with this sophisticated tux. Love it. Do you have a favorite of the many submissions?

ATTN - (last minute) Shoppers!
For those of you that insist on waiting til the last minute to get your Christmas shopping done... I'm looking out for you. Hey, I just finished up myself! Here's a list of some pretty fab finds for $100 dollars or less. There should be something here for most of the fashionable ones on your list. Yes, even the guys. Speaking of the men folk, let's start with the Solio Solar charger. It works with your phone, ipod and laptop. This should work for any of the techies on your list. The added perk is it's eco friendly. Since it's powered by solar energy, no need to plug it up and viola! Energy saved! All of this goodness comes in at one hundred dollars.
I readily admit I'm one of those women who can't get enough bags or shoes. This little bags and pumps tic tac toe game works perfectly for me. Sure the bags and shoes would be good but it's the thought that counts. It's perfect for a home or work office. It's comes in at sixty-five dollars. This is a pretty cute gift. Especially since I have more than a few friends who can't ever remember what day it is. This calendar paper weight would work perfectly for someone I know and at twenty-five dollars, it's well within my budget.
The Juicy brand just seems to keep expanding. What don't they make with the Juicy brand attached? This one is pretty cool. It's a lip gloss pendant. Convenient for the girl on the run. You don't have to dig in your purse to get a little Juicy shine. Right now this necklace is seventy-eight dollars with and extra 25 percent off at Neiman Marcus.
I've been seeing these everywhere. Ever been out to eat and you just couldn't find a spot to rest your purse. Well, this trinket is the cure-all for that problem. I've seen them sold a few places and I've actually seen them used all over. You just store these purse hangers in your bag and when you need it, pull it out and hook it on to the end o f a table and give your bag (and your arm) a rest. These are floating around the web for forty dollars.
Ever been in a situation where you wanted to get out and do something but you just couldn't decide? Well this is an entertainment decision maker. It has suggestions like wine bar or sushi. Can't really go wrong with either. Could be a cute little stocking stuffer at fifty-five dollars.
These earrings kind of remind me of brooches but, that's not a bad thing. These Alan B. Schwartz teardrop crystal earrings are great for a night out or just to dress up a casual outfit. ABS always comes with something crave-worthy. These fit the bill. They'll set you back about ninety-five dollars.

If You're Happy and You Know it...
Show your hands! Rihanna is always ahead of the fashion curve. Here she shows off her "happy face" pedicure. Not sure how it works with her ultra chic outfit... but we'll let her pass on this one.

ANTM - Where are they NOW? - Part 2
In this second edition of ANTM - Where are they NOW? We take a look at Ms. Toccara Jones. She was eliminated in the eighth round of cycle three but, the judges loved her plus-size attributes and plus-size personality. She signed with Wilhelmina Models as a plus-size model and has been working both on the runway and on the small screen. She has been booked by many leading publications including ESSENCE and has done commercial work for Target, New York and Company and Laura Ashley. She's a regular on-air personality on BET. Her biggest job to date, in my opinion is booking the all black issue of Italian Vogue. It was a historic issue and it sold out so quickly it had to be re-printed to keep up with demand. That's where these pictures are from.
Saliesha Stowers was the winner of cycle nine. The former receptionist from Los Angeles, has since signed with Elite Model Management and L.A. model management. She's been seen gracing the pages of top magazines like Seventeen magazine, InTouch Weekly, OK! Magazine and ESSENCE. You can also catch her on the runway working it out in L.A., Miami or New York. She was recently seen strutting her stuff for designer Pamella Roland at New York Fashion Week spring 2009.

Nik was one of my favorites from Top Model. It took a while to stop saying she was robbed! It seemed she had everything they look for in this business. She's exotic looking, tall and thin. In any case, she was a finalist in cycle five. Since the show, Nik signed with Fusion Model Management in New York. You can find her hitting up red carpet events and on the pages of numerous magazines, including ESSENCE.
Keenyah Hill seems to always land on somebody's red carpet. After the cycle four contestant made it to the top three before she was ousted. Currently, Keenyah is still pursuing her modeling career and word has it she's signed with NEXT Modeling Agency, where she has appeared in countless runway shows and print ads.

Naturally Beautiful
For a while now I have been toying around with the idea of going natural. My hair is already natural in a sense. I don't have a relaxer and I have been free from chemicals for at least a decade. Now, I want to take it a step further and sport a sort of wash and go style. My hesitation: what will upkeep be like? What products should I use? How should I style it? To that end I have been looking at these style divas for inspiration. They all have a unique look that certainly works for them. Maybe there's something here I can pull from to rock a natural that is so me!
Let's start with Tracee Ellis Ross... the former "Girlfriends" star continues to stand out with her versatile locks.
Then there's new Bad Boy artist Janelle Monae. She's taken the natural to a whole other level with her pompadour.
