Princess Zoe
I'm not sure what Zoe Kravitz does. I know she's been dipping her toe in the acting pool and folks seem to follow her fashion sense but, outside of being the daughter of Lisa Bonet and Lenny Kravitz... I don't really get it. I have nothing against her and her hustle. She's hustled her way into a campaign with none other than Vera Wang. That's right, Zoe is the face of the designers new fragrance, Princess. She definitely seems to be living a life worthy of that title. I have two words: WORK IT!

America's Next Top Changes
So I've been hearing whispers of some changes to come at America's Next Top Model. Some have said that the show hasn't been doing so great in the ratings department with the current cycle of shorter models. So, the show's producers are planning so shake things up a bit. I'm hearing that Kimora Lee Simmons will be returning to the judges panel. You'll remember she was a part of the show for the first cycle. We'll she's back and she's apparently bringing Vogue's editor-at-large, Andre Leon Talley with her. They're both whispered to be joining the show in its next cycle. Kinda makes you wonder who's leaving, right? I mean, you wouldn't have so many people on the panel would you? Well, seems the answer to the question of who's getting the boot is good ole Miss Jay! What in the world is going on over there at Top Model? Tyra might be catching more heat for this shake up. First Janice Dickinson had some not-so-nice parting works for the mogul and most recently, Paulina Porizkova put the former model on the spot for her unfavorable dismissal. There could be a silver lining in all of this. I have been hearing for months now that the two Jays' (Jay Manuel & Jay Alexander) were teaming up to do their own show. This may be the beginnings of that. Time we'll tell. I'll be tuning in...

Fashionable Duo
What happens when you mix high-fashion and sportswear? You get the fall/winter 2009 debut collection between British label PPQ and Adidas. They have joined forces and created a high-range sportswear collection that has the fashionable elements of PPQ. The collection will feature lace-up boots, flats, stirrup pants (not crazy about those) and sweaters among other things. So where does Adidas fit in this equation? The sportswear brand will incorporate the Adidas logo. Check for the line at Adidas stores in New York, Los Angeles and Miami. The PPQ x Adidas collection is available now and prices range from $118 to $270.

Fashionably Speaking...
"I don't understand how a woman can leave the house without fixing herself up a little - if only out of politeness. And then, you never know, maybe that's the day she has a date with destiny. And it's best to be as pretty as possible for destiny."

Fragrant Fergie
Can Fergie's star rise any higher? She is a member of the super group the Black Eyed Peas, she has a successful solo career, she's got a shoe and handbag line, she's starring in a high profile movie with Academy Award winning actors (Nine) and now she has a fragrance deal with Avon. The fragrance hasn't been named yet but it's being described as fresh and modern. She says she's been developing it with the beauty giant for over a year. She's striving to make a scent that's for confident, strong women. Sounds like me...hehehe. It will be launching in November of next year.

First Lady Cover Girl
Check out that cover girl. This year, Glamour is honoring First Lady Michelle Obama with a Special Recognition award in its women of the year issue. She's being recognized for her commitment to mentoring young women. She'll appear on one of many covers. It's the first time in the mag's 70-year history that a First Lady has graced its cover. Kind of a big deal, I would say! Congrats First Lady Obama! Your fashion sense alone gives you major clout, your work with kids is more icing on the very stylish cake!
