I would have never guessed the designer of this dress. Turns out Jessica Simpson and Kelly Osbourne are both rocking a Dolce & Gabbana frock! The dress has such a southwestern feel it's perfect for Jessica's turn as a country star. It looks completely different on Kelly, in a good way. Somehow, it seems sleek.
