Beyonce was caught on the streets of New York filming a video for her upcoming tour. The only thing people are talking about is her Thierry Mugler dress. It seem as if the top is made like a corset. That's all well and good but, it flares out at the hips a bit much and that's what's got tongues wagging. I overlooked that in the name of fashion. What do you think?photo:theybf.com
